About The OS
How do profiles and app containers work?
MosaicOS allows you to create multiple user profiles to separate apps and data, providing an additional layer of security.
You can isolate Google services, banking apps, or work tools into separate environments while keeping your personal data protected. Applications run inside containers and cannot access other data unless explicitly permitted.
👉 Open the profiles & containers guide here.
Using profiles and containers significantly reduces data exposure and gives you full control over how apps access your information.
Can I use my favorite apps?
Yes. If an app works on Android, it will work on Mosaic OS.
However, some features that rely on Google services — such as certain NFC payment options or proprietary integrations — may have limited functionality.
Will I receive security updates?
Yes. Mosaic OS provides regular security updates to keep your device protected.
