To be honest, if we are talking about food, I have my pros and cons. If I go to a restaurant, I always have a dilemma. If they have a menu, I don’t need to think. All is set. They made the menu, I just have to say yes or no to it. I can’t change anything about it. I can eat the soup or dessert and main course. But if I can choose from the ala carte menu, I have a lot more space to choose. I can choose whatever I want. I could eat dessert as my main course. I could skip the soup and ask for a salad as a starter. So, whatever I ask for it’s mine. No one can be blamed. Choice gives a lot of responsibility. I need to think, I need to decide, and I can’t blame anyone if I make a poor choice.
This happens with buying a new phone too. I can buy a phone with a lot of apps already downloaded. Like my former IPhone. It had about 30 apps on it, downloaded, and I didn’t use half of these apps. But I couldn’t delete them. Like it or not, they are there. I could download new apps of course! But I want to know and decide what apps are on my phone. With MosaicOS I know what these apps are doing in the background. It can be hard in the beginning to build up your own phone. But after the first few apps are downloaded you can get the hang of it. You can think, you can decide. And you can learn so much that it is worth it, because you’ll have your own privacy phone with you, with all knowledge and information in your own hands!
